I'm excited to get started printing. Our first attempt in printing the Anycubic Logo Lattice Cube failed to adhere to the build plat. After re-leveling with the vat in-place we where able to print it with success.

I do have a few quick questions:

1) Do I need to re-level after every print? Does the aluminum mounting system for the build plate shift as you remove and reattach? Looks like there was a lot of thought put into keeping it centered and in the same place.

2) Are there known hot spots for the display area? I know on sets of Wanhao DP-7 I have access to all have hot spots in the back left.

3) I assume you should move move prints around the printing area to even out the use of the vat clear surface. We often do this with our Wanhao DP-7 and Form-1 vat.

4) Has anyone tried using a Wanhao DP-7 vat? they almost look the same except for the drain spout and the DP-7's post holes.

4) Any suggested maintenance and cleaning procedures? The Wanhao gets cleaned after every 10 or so prints. And after a few months we clean off the screw and reapply a fresh coat of PTFE grease.

How hard would it be to make the resin vat auto fillable? I'm thinking a system like an automatic dog water bowl, but only with a small hose connected to an upside down bottle with a petcock. So when the resin goes below certain height, it will drip until comes back to level

Not sure if its been asked before but is there any way to keep the sheen of a fresh print? As soon as i clean in ISA it just turns to a dull green. Most prints i'll paint but would like to know just incase

Ouch. My Photon just started to make clicking noises each time it lifts the built plate... Just a week old... Any idea other than a fresh beer for my nerves?! :-)
