Turning anything into metal by electroplating...

I electroplated this Pirates of the Caribbean skull to achieve the copper coating.

A mixture of acetone and graphite was used to make the model conductive so that it would take well to copper.

Tested the gray 3dOK resin at 0.04mm, 12sec layer time. 60sec/5 base.

Of all the resins I've tested so far it's my favorite next to the green stuff that comes with the machines.

Hello everybody, i'm debating between the Photon and the Moai, i need to print detailed jewelry like the one i've attached. I'm not seeing a lot of jewelry here in the group. Do you think the Moai would be a better performer? In terms of resolution and dimension accuracy which one is the best?

Fun question. What do people use for filters when changing resins? I am sure I am going to run out of them eventually.

Hi everybody!

I bought a Photon a few days ago, and I´m really amazed with the print quality, BUT only on the top surfaces. Any spot where there is a support looks like melted and very irregular. What am I doing wrong?? I´ve tried to place the model at different angles using Anycubic Green and Wanhao Clear, and the results are the same.
