Hi everybody, i'm about to order an anycubic Photon. It would be my first DLP (i have an FDM). My FDM is an original PRUSA i3 Mk2s, and i also have chosen it for the customer support. They have an amazing customer support, and they solved all of the issues i had during the last year in few minutes, even sending me replacement parts.
My question is:
What kind of "after sale" service/warranty/support, can i expect form anycubic in italy? Should i have a problem, would they help me? and if yes, HOW?

So far the photon works really well, the four days i have had it the prints have come out great.

Just one issue, if anyone else has the same thing happen? when i slice in the software it gives an estimated time for the print, yet when i start the print the time on the printer is longer.

Had one print software said 1hr 21, Printed in 1hr 57.

Any reason for this to be out so much?

Can someone elaborate a little bit on the 'Off time' option in the slicer ? The doc says "The UV light interval between each layers is ranged 3-6s."
Does it make the platform lift slower ?

Hi there, new to the group and just trying to justify going into DLP when i have 3 FDM printers already. Im just curious if anyone can assist with answering just how far does the resin go, does the software advise how much resin is used for a particular print? I know a lot would depend on the size of the model but is that measured by one vat filled would create an item that would fill the entire platform filled?
