Thank you for adding me. I'm new to 3d printers and printing. I bought a CR7 and have not been able to print. The first thing that happened was it was too close to the bed but I think I got that figured out. Now I can't get the nozzle heated to more than 153c and the print never starts. I'm sure there will be other questions but if someone could help me I'd appreciate it. Also, is there an English site and English instructions and troubleshooting?

check the Insulating tape on the heat head, it need to cover temperature sensor well

That is what the problem is with not heating. The wires are broken. Can I order a new heat unit somewhere in English?
