Hi all! Some time ago I moved my extruder motor from the factory position and replaced the metal assembly on top with 3D printed parts to fit the new configuration. These parts have degraded, and I can no longer keep my extruder pressure (against the filament) tight enough against the filament. As well, a one of the screw holes inside the motor has become stripped, so I only have three screws holding it together.

Where can I find a good replacement motor and metal assembly for it?

I ordered Fun To Do resin from the US distributor on March 10. I heard nothing from them until today, when after I emailed them about an ETA they canceled and refunded my order due to a lack of supply.

What other resin do you guys recommend for someone in the US around the same price? My only experience is with the Anycubic green.

Hey guys! What FDM printer for around $400 would you recommend? I recently got an Anycubic i3 Mega to stay in the Anycubic family after I got my Photon. I was able to get a few good prints out of it (test Owls, Benchie, a few Pokemon), and but now I can't get a thing to print; I cannot level this bed on all four corners.

I've spent more time trying to get my Mega to work than I have on post-print cleanup with my Photon. Any suggestions?

A few pictures I was able to get of my successful prints.

So, now that you have your Photon, what will you be using your FDM printer(s) for?

I'm astonished by Photon's print quality, but there are some larger or less-detailed prints I'd like to make without spending expensive resin on; I'm thinking about adding an Anycubic i3 Mega to my printing family.

Do any of you open the door while printing to get a look, or does that risk upsetting the print accuracy?

Sort of failed printing this on default settings: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2815233

Rather, it printed successfully, but the articulated joints seemed to be fused at certain places. I spent quite a while with a razor trying to pick them apart, and snapped the thing in half. If anyone has tips for printing something like this, let me know!

I might just need to go bigger.

What do you guys use to remove prints from the build plate? I obliterated the included plastic tool.

Smallest successful print! This thing can go tiny.

Are you guys having success using rafts for small/flat models instead of supports? And are you able to pull the model off the raft, or are they fused? Specifically using the Photon's slicer.
