Been having print issues for a little while now. Thought it was because of the cold. But after instaling a heater its still failing the same way. Looks like a faulty screen, anyone ever seen this? Should I order a new screen?

Anycubic is sending me a new screen, to hopefully fix the flickering issue. Now I want to prepare for that and remove the current screen. But what is the best way to remove the glass without damaging it? Is it the same as from a smartphone, with a heatgun?

I've been in contact with customer support from the 18th of April about my Photon. The bottom part of the lcd screen is flickering, I made a video of it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYD_zaYMWY4
They sent me a new lcd firmware and made me check all connections, sadly this didn't fix the problem. Do you guys have any idea what this could be and how to fix it? I'm afraid the lcd panel is broken and that it needs to be replaced. Does anyone know where I can buy a new lcd panel? or does it need to be replaced by Anycubic? as I got this problem in the first week that I got the printer.
