Hi all! I just bought a photon, and i'm having some troubles. I'm not new to 3D printing in general but i only have experience with FDM machines, so i'm hoping you guys can help me. I unpacked and calibrated the machine as instructed, checked the screen with the exposure test, leveled and double checked the z-height and went off to print the test lattice cube presliced on the supplied usb. This is where the problems started. The base and the first 10 mm of the cube print out fine, but after the first 20% parts of the print simply stick to the FEP and not to the already printed part, at which point i stop the print.
I'm using the supplied anycubic green resin.
I have tried different times, cleaning the vat and FEP every time, re-leveling the bed and calibrating the z-height with the same result as above.
The print adheres strongly to the buildplate and i can't see any wobble while it moves. I also checked that the buildplate leveling screw is as thigh as it can.
I know it's probably something simple that i can't see, but i would really appreciate your help!
oh yeah, the prints are not washed very well, since they failed i simply rinsed them and cured sometime in the sun.
