What causes this white residue? Any tips for getting rid of it and/or preventing it next time? Using anycubic grey.

Bonus Q. I’ve had to throw out 20+ minis this week from the grey resin cracking and splitting (took 2-3 weeks for it to happen. I did not have this problem with anycubic green. Did I get a bad bottle? Did I not shake it enough? I have other prints that used the same profile and didnt crack.

Been keeping my Photon in the garage but the smell is too strong for my family. Going to get something out of the car is painful.

I’m looking for solid info how hazardous the fumes are. We have small children so I’m mostly concerned about them breathing the lingering fumes. (They don’t go near it when it’s running but the entire garage stinks for a while afterwards)

Secondly, I’m looking for ideas for a venting system to. I’m in a new build home so I’d probably be punching through cinderblock. What kinds of enclosures/vents do you all use?

Just got my Photon, 3 prints in, lcd screen has apparently stopped working. No resin is being cured in the tank. I can see the black light come on inside but there is no rectangle when I do the UV light test off the menu. Any easy fixes I can check myself before going through support? My new photon will be here in a few days. Will be primarily printing minis.

About to order Anycubic resin tonight on Amazon.
Any recommendations on color?

Any additional supplies I should be ordering? Maybe a UV Nail dryer? I have a ton of gloves already.

I only have previous printing with an Ender3
