3D Print Design Challenge - I'm reaching out to people smarter as well as have more time than me. Originally I had planned to reverse engineer what I use, but due to rehabilitation from an operation thought it best to reach out to others since it can be a benefit to other users.
One of the main contributors to inconsistent resin prints is due to resin not being mixed thoroughly. When resin sits on a shelf, even for a couple weeks, simply shaking it is enough to get the buildup at the bottom. I use a spatula to mix up the stuff at the bottom short term. Long term though use a cheap amazon hot dog roller. The positive is that it is cheap ($15-30) compared to a scientific bottle roller ($1000+), but the negatives are it is cheap, breaks, poor design and not really designed for resin bottles.
I believe there can be a design that could be FDM/SLA/DLP printed, combined with power, electronics, controller (
Arduino Dieni
?) for the motor, rollers that could be created. Or maybe someone has already done this and I am just not searching for the right keywords.
