Hello, guys!
Just gone throught a fep change, on my nearly new photon. Did that cause the first one wasn't properly tightened and it took me a few attends to notice. Most of the prints did a sound when the Z goes up for the next layer, due to the print sticking to the fep, which I thought was the reason to change it.
But unfortunately the freshly installed one does that sound too.
Is it overexposure of the resin (senertek white at 90s bottom at 50microns), bad leveling or something else I'm doing wrong?
Notes:
I get prints to stick to the build plate, but due to that fep sticking forces sometimes it delevels the plate and I get bad prints.
NOW I just started a print on the new fep and it did the same sound on the bottom layers, paused it at 9% to check out what's going on and it seems fine.
Same results with the photon green.
