For everyone asking about leaving resin in the vat or thinking you have to filter after every print- I just ran a print with resin that's been sitting in the vat since Jan 28. I gave it a quick stir and fired off a print no problem.

I almost feel like I'm doing something wrong here and should be having more problems. Using the Photon after 2 years of FDM printing is like cheating.

I haven't had a chance to test my theory yet but in case any of you already have: UV bleed causing elephant foot on models due to longer exposure at initial layers. What if I just raise up the model on supports to get it past the "initial layer" zone? Say if longer exposure occurs on the first 10 layers, what if I made supports that lift the model 11 layers off the build plate?

Printed flat on the build plate. Was a bitch to remove and had some UV bleed at the bottom layers, but very happy with what this printer can do.

Finally did my first print. First quarter inch is wavy, the rest is perfect. Printed bottom down but w supports, so maybe 2mm off the build plate. Any ideas what happened?
