Hey everyone!
Does any of you know a matte resin that blocks infrared light, even through a thin (<1 mm) wall? I have tried anycubic black, but it is too translucent. I was looking at resins like Elegoo gray, or HERO gray or black, but I'm not sure, is there someone who has experience with this? After all, with FDM, black PLA blocks it just fine, but white completely lets it through, so I have a hard time guessing.
Thanks for the help! :)

Hi guys! Has anyone tried printing with Siraya blu at 20 micron layers? If yes, what exposure times have worked for you? Really excited to go lower than 50 microns.

Hello guys! I've got a really weird problem for which I can't seem to find any reasonable solution. I have had a fairly large print with lots of different stls, and one round, 2 mm thick disk object which I tried printing at different orientations and sizes (horizontal, vertical, tilted 45°). All of the objects came out well, except for the two horizontally aligned disks (the normal and the 50% scaled as well), which turned into solid 2 mm thick rectangles in the results. The weird thing is, the .photon file shows perfect layers (I denoted the resulting rectangles with red), even the one on the stick after printing, so it did not get corrupted. On the rectangle, some details of the disk are still visible, and every other object printed perfectly, even the same disk's rotated versions (same stl). One of the rings was supported in chitubox and imported to photon slicer to compare the supports, but these other discs were sliced in the photon slicer. The only solution I can think of is that somehow, after reading the data from the .photon file, the printer messes up its transformation to the actual LCD masking. Anyone here with similar experiences, or perhaps a solution?

Hey guys! Recently got my new photon: The first AmeraLabs testprint turned out fairly well, but the two thinnest rows of protruding poles are missing. (I couldn't really take a great picture of them, but it is clear that only the first 3 rows are there, the last row is completely missing, and the one before that has fine short, but bent/missing long poles. Blob is also missing on the top of the middle radio tower). What can be done to solve this? Maybe reduce normal exposure time? I've seen pictures in the group with better detail. Anycubic green resin, Layer thickness: 0.05 mm, Normal exposure time: 10 s, Off time: 1 s, Bottom exposure time: 50 s, Bottom layers: 8 (I know that the cleaning is not perfect, there are small drops of resin left in some places after curing, working on that)

Hello guys! Anybody has experience printing on the Photon with the Sparkmaker SLA resins? Specifically LCD-T, or LCD-N? Does it work? Is it adequate for mechanical parts?

Hi! Looking for a resin that is compatible with the photon, and is appropriate to use in mechanical assemblies, so it can stand the wears and tears, even with tiny objects.
Any suggestions? Heard about Formlabs tough/rigid, and Peopoly tough resins, are those compatible with photon / did anyone use them already? Do they fit these requirements? Are there any other options maybe?
Thanks!
