Hmmm so the Platform has stopped working. Sometimes just makes a buzzing sound when I try to move it on the touch screen. Some internets research seems to indicate this is not a rare phenomenon and usually requires some intervention with the assistance of Anycubic Support. They replied and said they are enjoying their Chinese New Year and won't be back until the 15th. Ah well, I don't begrudge them that, I bet they work hard. At least I've got lots of 3D printed minis to start painting!
