Hello,

I see many beautiful things printed with the Photon, unfortunately this is not the case with mine.

I have had a Photon since the beginning of July, I have never been able to print anything correct.

Whether it's my models, or models found on the internet.

I attach some pictures of failed models...
A) Some impressions of the file "calibration_matrix.stl", none of them have been printed correctly
B) Just printed, still on the platform.
C) One of mine, the roof should be smooth, it's not smooth at all.

As you can see, the impressions are not in line with what is expected.

I have already opened an incident with my reseller's after-sales service.

I was asked to modify the roller-slide to reduce Z-axis shaking. I also changed the layer thickness to 0.047 at their request.

The transparent prints were printed after I made the requested changes.

I haven't had a return from after-sales service since my last email.

In the hope that this group will be able to help me get some nice impressions.
