First non-comment post; I've checked a few things on this but wanted to get a feel from others.
Is there anything that could cause the suction between the fep and the build plate to be abnormally high? I'm having issues where the build is breaking from its supports about 11-20% in.
-recalibrated Z=0
-recently changed FEP(but it did this
beforehand)
-tightened all screws and bolts(no wobble)
-I have never sanded the plate (2 months of prints with no issue)
-I am noticing pin punches in the FEP where it seems like the supports are warping the film during printing.
In my head the only things left that could be at issues are:
My supports need to be stronger, or my Z is too close to the FEP
Any thoughts or experiences that could help?
