Went to turn on my printer and it was totally dead. Heard an arcing sound near the power point and no lights on the power pack. Hopefully they will replace power supply and more hopefully it is onlt the power supply :(

Hi all, very new to the Photon as I only got it last week. Had some successful prints but was trying to print a gear and a fidget cube.
What I can't seem to do is make successful moving parts off the printer like gears or fidget cubes.
The parts come off without any movement and are too brittle to move when cured. Am I not washing them enough? or too much exposure? The seem to be bonded even before I wash them.
