I just used the resin calibration's 'resin-test-50u.B150.20-200' and it looks like 200 seconds is right for this experimental resin. When I run resin-test-25u.B150.20-200 however it's a blank flat card. My expectation was that it would be more defined since the UV light would not need to be traveling through as much material. Also, the total effective time for a 50um layer is now 400s.
Sorry can't show pics. Any suggestions? I'm going to rerun the test to make sure I didn't select the wrong one.
Thanks!

I'm new to the Photon and am producing fixtures to hold small (~0.100mm thick) organic shaped parts. I'm willing to go through any 'heroics' to get the best parts possible.

My first test parts were too large, the image below (not the precise parts I'm working on) shows 20.27 instead of 20mm. When I average 3 measurements in 2 directions I get very close to 1%.

I compensated by scaling the CAD model before saving as an STL, which should work for this case. After more research it appears that changing the cure time may reduce this. Alternatively I can apply a surface offset to my model to make it smaller by eroding material away.

Any suggestions are welcome and very appreciated!

PS: I'm on default settings and using anycubic white.
