I printed out a stormtrooper helmet from MyMiniFactory. However, on all of my models, the print gets this weird texture on the back near where supports were connected to the print. Any I dea on how to fix this so that I don't need a lot of post processing/cleanup?

Does anyone know what could be leading to the split ends of the claw? This happened to the leg of this model too, with layers of resin fanning out . There was even an entire layer not attached to the actual model but hanging by a thread. I have the Photon-S if that helps.

This has happened with my last 3 prints. I have releveled the build plate between every print and used a .03mm layer height. Exposure for 10 seconds and bottom layer exposure for 80.

I was too rough trying to get a failed print off of the FEP sheet, and bruised a portion of it. Can I continue to use it, or will it lead to failed prints? What is a good way to tell if you need to replace the sheet?
