So, at first, I thought I was going crazy and not paying attention to my slicer when setting up my stl files. But after 3 prints I can confirm that, for some reason, the Photon is printing an X axis mirror of the file. This isn't a problem unless the mirror of the file has parts that go off of the platform. Example: An arm, sword, or tail juts out instead of in.
I am going to swap flashdrives today and see if there was some loss in transfer effect happening. Wondering if this has happened to other and what they did to fix the issue.
