Hi, all. I have been printing on an FDM printer for a couple of years now and was excited to take the plunge into resin printing with the Anycubic Photon. Just got mine on Sunday. Unfortunately, I've had nothing but about half a dozen failures thus far.
My USB drive didn't come with the test print, so I sought to print a Benchy. I've leveled the bed several times using both recommended methods (paper or vat), have tried longer bottom exposure times, have cleaned everything with IPA, shaken my resin well after draining to clean, and most recently tried printing at an angle with supports. All the first attempts just gave me an empty build plate with just a thin silhouette on the bottom of the vat.
This last attempt at least got me into the model. Looking at it, I have to guess I'm still somehow sticking to the FEP film and losing the print when the plate rises. I'm using almost standard settings at this point: 0.05, 10, 1, 70, 8 (using ChiTuBox for slicer now). Any recommendations?
