Just got my Photon and managed to get two great prints. But on my third print, the 'build plate' moved into the resin... and the motor started to make a strained sound. I stopped the print and tried to move it back up. Unfortunately it wont move. Tried 10mm, 1mm as well as 0.1mm movement. I've turned off the power, turned it back on and it still wont move. Is this a common/known problem I can handle myself or something I'll need to go through support with?
