Curious - Has anyone tried PCB etching using their Photon? I know it'll work, but I'd love to hear if anyone's done it, and what they used their PCB's for.

I'm thinking that I might end up building boards + housings for them with the printer.

Wondered why I'd been getting a lot of print failures lately.

Turns out 1 of the screws on the frame the holds the FEP in place was much looser than the others, and the others had loosened off from what I'd secured them to originally, meaning the FEP had a lot more flex in it that needed.

If you're getting consistent print failures where they're stuck to the FEP, this should be the first thing to check as it's one of the easiest to do (more so than bed levelling).

Had a bit of an issue with the print as the cloak he was supposed to be wearing didn't print properly, and it's not printed the side properly. Other than that, not too bad. I'll definitely be reprinting without the cloak in the model at all to see if that fixes the issues.

Printed in anycubic clear at 0.1mm layer height, and then cured for 20 mins under 30w 405nm. The extra long post curing has given it a slightly toasted tinge in the details which is good for this character (due to his story).
