Got some weird print failures or artifacting on some of my prints but not everything within the slice. Any ideas what might have caused this?

Curious for those who print mini figures and hollow them out first, how thin have you gotten away with making the walls? Thinnest I have done is .6mm and it still seems plenty strong for a mini.
