I've been processing our resin prints by washing first in dirty IPA, then washing in clean IPA, then drying the models thoroughly before post-curing in a cup of warm water. This has been working well but we go through a lot of IPA and time.

Our 15L ultrasonic cleaner will be here today so I'm just wondering what people's methods are for using the ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning off resin prints before post-curing? Also picked up some Simple Green.

A few months ago the LCD on our original Anycubic Photon started only curing half the plate, but full function was restored by updating the firmware.

However, the last few days half the screen has been cutting out again. When it happens running the UV test will only show half the test rectangle, but once I restart the machine the entire LCD will work again for a time.

I have a spare LCD that I can install, but is there anything else I should try before I resort to replacement?

Recently I've been using Siraya Tech Blu mixed with a small amount of Elegoo black to reduce translucence, but I'm still getting some spots on the surface of prints that is shiny and "melted" looking after the post-print UV curing. Do I need longer exposure times to resolve this? Currently running at 15 seconds normal exposure so can't really increase too much further.

We have been using the trial of Formware 3D software for slicing models for our Anycubic Photon but our trial ran out the other day. I reached out to them to see if they'd be willing to donate a license to our nonprofit and they got back to me immediately and agreed to donate a commercial license! The software itself is awesome, have not played around with all the features yet but it blows away the Anycubic slicer and even ChituBox.

Thanks Formware, nice to see a company willing to support a great cause despite us being on a different continent!
