I tightened the screw as hard as possible, it is still really loos and wobbely, I'm not sure this is normal?

Do I need to contact servce line?
UPDATE: thanks for all the answers, it was the 3 small screws that sits into the ball, that had come loose.
I tighten them, and now it is fine
