So I found this and printed it this morning.. is the any easy way for me to make this a solid model? I am really pretty new at 3d sculpting.
I'd like to print it and make a gear shifter

I think it perfect as it is... but if you want solid, delete the polygons inside and reprint

Has anyone on here done a mod to add a carbon filter for smell? My mother works for a filtration manufacturer and gave me a large roll of carbon filter material so I printed a model on my ender 3 off thingiverse, been running my photon for about 16 hrs in a area my family uses and non of us even notice the smell anymore. Probably gonna design my own cover.

Hello all, I'm working on a Han Solo cosplay and I found an STL I liked on thingiverse. I have a couple of questions. First, off there are some parts that will be too large for my photon and I don't like the idea of cutting the model up so I was going to use my ender 3 to print them, has anyone mixed PLA and resin parts on one model and is it hard to make the parts look good togeather. (Sorry for the long question). And secondly, where would be the best place to put supports on this model I've never done a part this big and the auto supports seem underwelming...

Hello all, I could use some advice. I dropped my build plate and put a pretty good dent in it... So I broke done and sanded it, with 60 grit sandpaper, I've checked with 3 rulers that I know are very level. I went from a 95% success rate to 0%. I've been using the Flint Reed method to level the bed for the last 3 months... Are there any resources to help with milling the build plate? I really don't want to buy a replacement bed but after 4 working days of fails I'm at my wit's end.....
