Hey my step dad is having problems with his prints. He is saying the base starts off fine but somewhere down the line the middle to top half of this prints fail and end up in the bottom of the vat. He lives in Germany and thinks that the temperature of the room may have something to do with it. Anyone have any ideas?? He’s trying to print the benchy boat Thanks in advance!

Hey brand new to 3D printing and got a photon a couple days ago. I've done multiple 0s with the paper. I went and bought some washers since my Z-axis arm was getting stuck against the vat wall in order to provide some clearance. My prints still are not sticking to my build plate and they are printing and staying within the vat. I'm all out of ideas. Would someone be willing to take some time and help me troubleshoot what is going wrong?
