Hey guys. I've been printing a few things but every now and then a print will fall off the plate mid printing. Is there a reason for this and a fix for it?

Hey guys! Brand new owner here and I'm fiddling with some models.

I wanted to ask a slightly noobish question in regards to the software. What does it mean when part of the model is greyed out and the rest is green?
