Check the styrofoam the machine came in. There should be a block with a pocket in it containing the build plate and tools for assembly.

No there's nothing, no power supply, resin, build plate, vat..

The other 'stuff' should be packed in the foam that was inside the unit

I bet someone bought it took the buildplate, and vat out and return the rrest

I believe this was a return to Amazon and it just got put back into stock

This is the second one I've gotten, first one bricked trying to update so it went back, this one was late so amazon actually refunded me before I even got it. Guess I'll be ordering another one and keeping this one for parts or something

You should return it. It clearly has been opened and messed with. Even if you get the extra parts you are running a high risk of the thing not working long or at all

Return it asap do not barter with the supplier. It is incomplete.

Contact support. They'll send out the parts you're missing.

Devin Wallace Simonsen he got a refund from Amazon for it running late, not from Anycubic I believe. He should still be afforded the full warranty, especially considering it was an incomplete unit.

Hi had 3 Elegoo mars printers from amazon had to send two back kept the third, it has it's bad days but the kindness of Elegoo l got compo

They just sent me the new build plate by accident, you can have it, only pay postage?

Myminifactory has some great free models too

thingiverse tends to have a lot of models but has a lot of bad models also ripped from games that wont print. etc. myminifactory.com all the models there are test printed before your aloud to post. :)

Depends on exactly what you want...I learnt to use a 3d drafting package and rarely print anything nearer from my own stuff

Depends what you're looking for. Lots of folks on here do commissions, I do as well but I do almost exclusively classic fantasy sort of stuff

? I could teach you. what software you have? Learning is better than paying, but can do that too for you.
