Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團

Hello everyone.

I am 80% done my first print on my new photon (using the plant-based resin and printing the sample that came with it)

I plan to wash it with 99% ipa and then I have a UV station set up with a nail drying light.

What my question comes down to is what do I do with the machine itself after the print is done, do I need to drain it out and then wash it? (if so what is the best method for washing it?). Or can I leave the resin in and start a new print?

Thanks in advance.

This is the part that would be connected to the plate. I take it that it shouldn't look uneven like that

Hi guys, still trying to figure out why my printer is failing, it restarts after 1 or 2 layers of the base, after each layer it "beeps" 2 times and just before is going to restart it beeps once. I have multiple photons and have switched the power brick with no success, and measured the inside voltage so I know its not a power issue, any tip would be helpful, thank you in advance. (10% of the time prints good and the other 90% it restarts)

My Eurocopter Tiger UHT build is progressing nicely.
Fuselage done and now time for canopy and cockpit scale fittings work
Let the 3d printers powers combine.

Big parts printed on Prusa Mk3s (Greentec Pro, ASA and PET)
Scale fittings on Anycubic Photon (Ameralabs resin) and Peopoly Moai (peopoly resins)
Panels done with Siluetthe Potrait vinyl cutter cut from 0.25mm plastic sheets.

Parts designed by me in Fusion 360.

Other sw used
Inkscape to cleanup the dxf export of sketches from f360
Chitubox slicer
Asura slicer
Prusa Slicer 2.0
Meshmixer
Photon Validator

Rivets done by hand :p

Shaping up quite nicely

Alright, Troubleshooting time. 2 screengrabs and a file, because those are apparently my limits on here... (I'll take a final supports-removed photo for additional analysis and add it in the comments).

Tried printing this model upright a couple times last night, and had failures. Supports gave out and it wound up sticking to the FEP. Replaced the FEP (It was cloudy and scratched up) and had the same issue again. Reoriented it, hollowed it, and supported it with heavy supports in ChituBox, and saved it to be sliced in the Anycubic software (Not as many config'd settings to make me go "whoa".) Sliced it, and in the slicer photo, at a couple layers the file clearly goes wonky. (Layer 217-234 have large chunks that get cured internally, happens again in the 270's, gets a chunk that cures externally in a random wedge in the 290's, and gets a random "scratch" in the resin print file at layer 296 that runs for a couple layers...

Clearly the issue seems to be with slicing the file, because printing the file does exactly as it shows... Anyone have any suggestions on a resolution to fix this issue? The STL file clearly doesn't show these errors.

Side issues - The arms again broke off their supports while printing, so they show a "plateaued" effect where they were "flattened", and the base pf the supports by the belly managed to peel up at an angle from the base, though they seem to have maintained enough hold with the rest of everything else to keep the print from failing utterly.

Printing XANTARAS

If I print all the pieces at 85%, they will still all fit together, right? I mean...that's how this works?
