Hello, some time ago I have printed, medals, since i had problem with spikes I decided to split them in to the sub assembly, but it turned out that both elements does not fit together well. Is this printer's fault?

Any suggestions?

IIn one of the resin printer groups I saw a running woman figure. It was very 1920s looking. I can't find it now, but I know many here are in other groups. Has anyone seen it? :)

When I put in a new fep sheet I’ve noticed that immediately after I tune it and run the printer a bit, the fep gets flabby and the first print fails. Is that typical or am I seeing a different problem and catching the wrong thing?

Running siraya easy. I’m at .02um layer with 100s base exposure 8 base layers 14s exposure (per the test file). Is this unusual? Details were barely cured on the exposure sample. As in when I sprayed the test sample with ipa and wiped it most of the detail started to come away too.

Aside from the cost of the BlueCast resin, does anyone know what the cost is to have a printed design cast into metal? Maybe something inexpensive but durable? Steel, Silver maybe?
