I'm a new user to the Anycubic Photon. What is the recommended contact depth setting to reduce or minimize marring of the print but still provide enough support to prevent a failed print?

I found these work well for washing my prints in IPA without much waste. Shorter prints can fit right on the build plate. Also has a lid for storage after. I found mine at Walmart right now with back to school supplies but they are apparently all over.
The plate fits almost perfectly.

Hello everybody a few weeks ago I asked if anybody knew where I could get an exact same table like this online this is for the touchscreen on the anycubic photon. I've been trying to count the number of pins on this thing but my vision must just be that bad so I don't know how many pins this thing has and I'm wondering if anyone has a link directly to this very cable? Someone had given me links a few weeks ago but it wasn't to the cable only to a store. So if anybody can help me out I would appreciate it again this goes to the touch screen from the Control Card my touchscreen is died and I noticed the cable is tent at one end so before I change the touch screen I thought I would approach the cable.
