So what do people use to clean the vat out with obviously blue roll is to rough hence I need to replace the fap I have micro fibre cloth for the lcd just dont want to use it on the vat as will have to keep throwing them away

Tried printing a model eith anycubic green resin with the optimal settings for 100um z height. The print came out perfect without any exposure issues. But the diamensions of the print seem to vary from the original one.
One of my friend who uses anycubic photon(the older one) suggested me to scale the model 1% positive inorder to obtain the optimal diamension. He told that it is common with the machine.
Precision is importan to me as I make functional models with the printer.

Does anybody have a suggestion regarding the issue?

Would anyone be interested in buying the photon S led array as a upgrade? I'm talking with a sales representative from anycubic and is going to track down a sku for me as they currently don't sell seperately (which I said was bs cuz what if I owned a s and needed that part?) She is going to get back to me.

Just seeing if there's interest in the idea. It would be a stronger led for quicker print times and a more even light spread.

Top is the s array and bottom is the original photon board. Would need to print a mount in place of the old reflector assembly.

So after re-doing my zero alignment and this time shaking the bottle of resin (not sure it matters) Vs just pouring it in my prints completed, twice no less. That said I notice there's a shearing in the print that's not part of the file. Basically the layer of the part which is the top, is also the raft so to speak. I'm guessing it gets thicker because of the 10 layers of 80 second exposures I used to ensure it stuck to the plate. The issue is this isn't true to the design. I ended up just sanding the part to get it to look decent. It's a USB-C PD negotiator board packaged up. You press a button and it'll ask the USB-C adapter for 5, 9, 20 etc V.
