Finally had enough of the bed coming unlevel from the ball joint. Did this and now it’s solid as a rock.

Print in FDM if possible. AND do NOT overtighten the side screws or you’ll bend the entire print. Also use higher infill. I did 70% infill.

On the 6th of June my printer (s) stopped working having owned it only a few weeks, after 4 days of asking in here I sent my 1st message on the 10th of June to Anycubic support. Today after 9 weeks of it not working I am really getting desperate.

I have replaced parts I have had to go buy new memory cards, I was told to use 8gb or less, I have formated them I have upgraded firmware I have replaced parts and I have done over 100 actual test prints, most of which are dry.

It's not got better in fact it's got worse :( It's gone from just randomly stopping in the middle of prints to it heating up so hot it does actually make me worry and I cant do the long tests prints and walk away, it now elongates the Z axis by about 4x and it still randomly stops in the middle of prints.

For my trouble thus far I have been given 1 free FEP :)

I bought it from Ali Express from Anycubic official site on there something I thought was a wise move :)

I need to know what people think I shopuld do next, I just wrote them another Email, with pictures and videos of the tests and how I set it up, I have to print with the case open and have the memory stick in the Mainboard.

Any help/advice would be massivly appreciated guys this is not how I imagined I would be spending my time with my printer :)

By the way this is NOT a dis against Anycubic machines and defintatly not against their tech support they have been great I just need more options then "Take machine apart, do this upgrade that" because now the screws are coming loose its been taken apart that much :)

Apparently, there was a micro fracture on my van membrane and it caused the resin to pour out and cure on my display..... is there something I can do?

any ideas?

It seemed like my lcd screen died but it may be more then that. it did the usual black spots on the uv test that would show up in my prints. I have tried 2 different new LCD screens one directly from anycubic and I one from epax.

I can't get either screen to show up the rectangle in the uv test. I've had several geeks, come and see if its installed properly, we have tried updating and then going to the original firmware.....

Not sure what to try next?

Did Someone used anycubic's own resin xp finder. Xp finder didn't work on the photon S so I used the anycubic one but its not as well explained and I don't know what to think with my result.
