Sheering issues when printing really flat circular objects (litho that is 2.5mm tall). Is the 4.0.11 firmware update still the only solution to sheering?

I printed these manifold braces on my Prusa MK2S for the F 1 rocket engine build with a lot of filament supports and it was a lot sanding and cleaning. Printed on the Anycubic Photon and the prints came out flawless! ?? ? ?

I have started printing some larger items and of course, I am hollowing them out to save on weight and resin, but I am unsure if I actually need two holes in them. I have been putting one hole as close to the build plate as possible and another as high as possible to act as both drainage hole and air hole. Is it necessary to do both or would only one be fine?

I cast resin too. I know you can add Mica Powders to amy casting resin be it transparent or solid and it will looked awesome.

Can you add a Mica Powder to the resin for the printer? The stuff will stay suspended plenty long enough for a print so Im bot worried about that aspect, its very light, and has extremely low density.

How do you know if you have enough resin in the vat for a print? So far all I have done is miniatures and they dont seem to use much resin. I am about to start printing some larger files and I am afraid to leave it alone for an extended period of time and run out of resin. A quick google didn't answer my question.
