Hmm. Last print came out really nice - but it looks like my tray now isn’t square to the resin bath. Any ideas?

I didn't start off with a flesh tone in mind, so I probably have too much purple in here. But adding some yellow and orange got pretty close. If only I had some green!

This is Elegoo white resin with about 10 drops of this ink in a vat that's 1/3 full. I'm just going to keep adding ink until I get a print failure!

I finally got to clean up and test my laser cutter after being dormant since Hurricane Michael. I'm happy to say it works great and I successfully cut a box for a larger curing chamber. I've got a 60w 24v LED strip on the way to put in it. I'll post pics of my progress.

Helping a friend set up his Photon and we're not able to get the test cube to stick to the bed. We're not hearing the layers "pop" so nothing seems to be sticking to the bed at all. We've tried increasing the bottom exposure to 80 and 100 seconds. We've leveled the bed several times using the paper method which works on my Photon, and we've also emptied the vat, tightened the FEP, and verified that the frequency is around 335Hz, which is within the recommended range. I didn't notice any extra layers on the FEP when we tightened it, so I don't think that's causing the issue either. We've verified that the UV light is working. Is this potentially an issue of a bed that needs to be sanded?

Update: 120 seconds seems to have worked, but seems excessive for Anycubic Green. I'll have him run an exposure test to get numbers he can use

Ok I just had my first proper fail. It was running for an hour and it was high enough for me to go check and it didn't stick. I switched to the new AA firmware beta and used Chitubox for the first time (with the AA option on). Clearly I have done something wrong, the left is my Anycubic settings and the right was what I set in Chitubox.

After I fish out the failed and try again, can anyone help me adjust my settings properly as I didn't understand all the options and I assume the AA needs slightly different config maybe? I did relevel the bed etc after the firmware update, maybe I could bring it down an extra 0.1 but it felt like it clamped the paper more than friction

Ok I upgraded to the newest update because the UV light and the build plate were not moving after I turned it off. But now its making this noise and the UV test is still not working.

Can someone help me please?

So my photon finished a print and now the z axis wont move. I read that a firmware update could fix it i did that and put the AA one on it. I removed the back cover to see if a plug had came loose, nothing i could see had. I checked the stepper motor to make sure it wasnt loose. After plugging everything in, i can feel the stepper motor shudder but not move, nor will the thread rod try to turn. I read somewhere about a eprom something but cannot seem to find anything else. Does anyone have any ideas. I do have a support ticket with anycubic but havent received a message back yet. Printer is less than a month old if that helps in anyway as well.
