So I went to collect my print and this is what I see. It says print is complete with the finish time and all but the build plate is down. This is the first time it’s finished in the down position and is incomplete. Any ideas??

G’day all, Azza from Oz.

One thing that was stressed to me by Charlie at Monocure3D; make sure you shake the contents of the bottle vigorously!

So I’ve made up a resin mixer piece. Bent up from some 5mm SS rod, it churns the resin in no time flat. Hell of a lot easier than swinging a bottle around your head LOL. ?
I’m sure your local hardware store could sort you out if you wanted to make something similar. ??

What causes resin to harden around the bottom inside edge of the vat? I found a bead of hardened resin along all four edges of the FEP (which was leaking).

New failure
Parts seem to have partially stuck to the plate
There was supposed to be 6 of them, 3 stayed on, 2 never stuck to the plate and 1 got to about 20% before falling from the plate

Based on the curve that symmetrical (supposed to be squares), it almost look like the plate isn't square...? Could it be something else?

Looking print this when my next shipment of resin comes in (emptied bottle that came with it in less then 2 weeks) any considerations when printing somthing that screws together like this?
