from what i have tested, i saw that after the post uv cure, tiny models like jewelry(rings/earnings/etc) become more breakable/ brickle . And until than are a little bit more elastic
Do you guys have prints that you don`t put in UV cure after the print? What`s the long term effect?

Siraya Blu has been working pretty well with the heater installed, really impressed with how tough this resin is, this will be my go to resin at least for end use parts

Sculpted it in zbrush( the 2D concept is by Chris Ayers)
Printed it in 3 pieces with anycubic.
Not sure why but the pieces didn't match well. So I used Dremel a lil bit. I should say my craftsmanship sucks big time.

Validator just shows "complete" and wont show total layers and doesnt seem to be checking the integrity of the file and islands..

Doesnt happen with all the files, just this one im trying to check. Tried re-slicing it and still same result, doesnt happen if i slice with Nardj Open Slicer, just Chitubox 1.4.

I have recently seen more and more random flakes of cured resin attaching it self to my prints. Most recently when trying out eSun Standard resin I would get a huge mass of flakes. The pictures below show what happens when I try to print the Ameralabs test print.

I thought the FEP was finally dead, so I changed that. No improvement. I tried different settings and no change. I did notice that when I used Photocentric's firm UV resin the flakes would be smaller. So my question is this, is it possible the LCD screen is allowing light to pass though the areas it is suppose to be masking?

So I have been using the Photon File Validator! Good thing. It appears that when I try to save a file that I created the supports for as an STL then bring back to combine with other files in Photon Slicer the software raises the object .1 mm off of the build plate. I was getting 2 uncured layers and would not have known it. Check out Nick Williams video. It will save you.
