Just received my photon and got it setup this evening with the video and manual and everything went along with the script. However, when I go to print a test print with the lattice cube, the photon is not reading the file. I just have 4 black blocks with no detail. I tried downloading a fresh photon.photon file from their website and no change. Any thoughts?

Hey All, I tried searching for this issue but I couldn't find the right search terms.
I got my replacement photon and trying to set it up but for both the test cube and my tests only the bottom layers(not sure how many but I'm assuming it's the bottom layers with the longer exposure) stick to the build plate and the further layers are stuck on the FEP.
This is really annoying for supports because it's a pain to get them off if I stop it mid print.

On my first Photon I had issues with nothing sticking to the build plate for my files which I fixed with a longer exposure time but this is a little different. I'm using the green resin that came with it but I noticed that the color is slightly different than the previous bottle. Could it just be the resin is bad somehow? I did shake it.

New photon shuts itself down and restarts with or without usb inserted. Ordered a new power supply. Hope that’s it!

Hello everyone! so today I had a print stuck at 70%. The printer moved the axsis and cooked the same layer over and over. I have not tried to print again, is this common? is it a problem?
