I do currently some tests to optimize the accuracy of my Photon. Now I have reached a point where I have no Idea how to improve the result. I have printed the part on the sketch. All dimensions have been printed very accurate (deviation less than 0.05 mm), except two dimensions which have been printed instead of 5.0 with 4.09 and 4.04 mm. I see no options to improve the dimensions by scaling. It seems that the pixels are rectangular instead of square. Used resin was Anycubics green.
Any ideas what to try?

How is that possible that i am receiving different parameters on the same scale?
One on Simplify3D and other on anycubic slicer ?

Print failure...have run gcode, leveled, swapped resin, there are a few layers in the fep as well...

Talk to me about warping. If I pull a model out of the printer and its fine, but before I can cure it, it becomes warped (over a few hours) how do I avoid this? It it occuring because i not curing instantly? or would it occur during curing anyway?
