Different plate... same bleed. Think it’s time to change the FEP?

While my casting is postponed to weekend (hopefully) due to a massive gate project, which involves 3 stressed blacksmiths and one chaotic workshop...I decided to keep out of the way and have made a comfy nest around my workstation upstairs ? Modelling a new commission to be cast in silver. This is going to be one HUGE pendant. Quite happy to have a little more control over Zbrush, training is starting to pay off and the models can be more and more complex. Still, whole lot of road to travel before I can feel comfortable to create just about anything, but at least 1cm closer to the next level I'm after. This is work in progress; it needs a bail, have to combine the 10+ bits, then fix the small errors that no one else is ever going to notice ? Going to be able to print it tomorrow or on friday.

Resin that I've put in my photon last night got harden and now it's fused with my vat but it's still liquid underneath. Any idea how to remove it? I'm talking about few mm of solid material on top.

Have you changed your lcd screen due to uv damage. If yes, comment how many prints it took to damage it.

So i really wanna print these pieces on my anycubic (just a few, cause my robo3d hates me) but what angle is best since its a bunch of flat walls?

Hey guys! I just finished my first real (and successful) high detail print. And while I am more than happy with the result, I still would like to get the absolute maximum out of this machine. So I noticed some very small, but noticable lines on some surfaces of the model. They seem to appear on even or flat surfaces, more rounded and detailed areas come out pretty much perfect. Strangely the lines are oriented differently and not parallel to the build plate. And from what I can tell, they do not com from the .stl file.

I do realize, that this can probably be fixed with some careful sanding, but I would nonetheless be intereste if this is something i can avoid/fix before post processing the print.

I have marked the lines on the pictures (they are difficult to photograph).

I used the standard Anycubic Green Resin and my settings where:

Thickness: 0.02
Exposure: 7.5
Off-Time: 1.5
Bottom-Exposure: 50
Bottom Layers: 8

And this is the file: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3036990

P.S.: They look a little bit like waves or finger prints. Can something like this also happen during cleaning/before curing the model?

Thanks in advance!

A few folks being asking about the casting process, this is the metal slug tank being cast into bronze, the print was bad so this is just a "breakaway" test, LOTS of ash from the resin, so I'm expecting issues with the cast, but I'll know in about an hour of this post what the result was, if good I'll cast the good print to silver. May he interesting for those that haven't seen the process yet.
