Newbie here, just got my photon and only printed a few times. I have a quick round of questions and I though you might be able to help me with some answers.

1. How do you prevent air bubbles from creating inside the resin from the build platform going down into the resin ? I've seen them form on the edges of the build platform a couple of times when printing starts.

2. I saw after each print that a thin layer of moisture is forming between the LCD and the FEP film. Am I assuming correct that it is because of the temp difference between the room temperature and the hot LED area below ? Do I need to remove the VAT each time and clean it or can I go printing without issues ? Btw my room temp is 25C and relative humidity is 45%.

3. How do you safely dispose of the nasty chemicals resulting from washing the printed objects ? I assume they need to be handled like car oir or other nasty stuff. Does this relate to local country/city regulations ?

4. I ordered some Monocure 3D Rapid resin. How does it compare to the Anycubic resin in terms of quality/ease of use and also does it smell less or more ?

5. My DIY arduino based VOC counter is at max while printing and goes down only after two hours from the printing end while the 4x4m room is with the door / windows open and continuously ventilated with a big and powerful HEPA/carbon filter, as I don't have yet an enclosure which I suppose is the best way of dealing with the fumes ?

‪(Excuse the background mess) but I’m SO EXCITED! I FINALLY got a perfect Braille Dice print off the printer!! They still need some post processing cleanup, but there are no braille or orientation edge dots missing! YAY! # VictoryDance
