Hey guys! I just got my Photon and it doesn't seem to be reading files off the usb key I got. I plugged the one that came with it into the computer and it was unreadable. So I downloaded the software and the test model off the website and tried 3 different sticks and the printer isn't detecting them at all.

I opened the back up to see if the usb cable was attached and it was. I tried plugging directly into the mainboard and that didn't work either.

I assume I'm SOL and need to contact support?

Could anyone help with Formware slicer settings for Photon?
With the default values for the Z lift distance and retract speed, OFF time equals to 12 seconds (22000-10000 ms), while only 6.5 sec in the anycubic slicer.

How this setting should be adjusted to get the same off time?

Hi everyone. Here is my first share, first prints. :)

After my bad luck with my first Photon which came covered with resin and didn't work, i ordered once more and this time the new printer came in perfect condition and worked great.
It's great and really fun to print my own models at this detail level.
These prints are at 0.050 thickness. Anycubic default Green, primed.
