First print on my new photon, by mistake printer was switched off at 50%, otherwise print quality looks good. It was very easy to calibrate and and start printing. Thank you for help provided from group.

Hi guys I am currently working on keying my character in zbrush to then send it in the photon. I was wonder if you guys had to deal with tolerance for the female and male keys? I am aiming for a overall 30 cm / 12 inch but the only plan I got is to send the keys if they dont fit inside each other...any better solution to figure this out before printing?

Question, is there anyone that is able and willing to help reduce a file size? It seems my computers and programs just cant handle it. Thanks in advance.

Third failed attempt. I set it to print a simple shape on a slightly raised structure when I left for work and there was the beginning of a shape with a whole mess of clean up in the vat when I came home for lunch. (I had to leave it for now)

The shape obviously started forming but I can't tell how much was properly done before it fell off the plate.

Are the prints just not sticking to the plate, maybe? Is that common? Could it be something else?

I could really use some advise. The first two prints I did worked fine but now I can't seem to get anything to work. I'll add a picture of the vat mess when I get home tonight if it would help.
