Hi there! I just got my new Photon, and I've reached in impass. When I try to load the test lattice in the slicer, the LCD viewer displays the layers just fine, but the model doesn't appear in the view window. Any ideas?

Slicer version: 1.3.6 on OSX

Can/ Should I format the USB that comes with the printer?

Did my first prints of some personal sculpts this weekend. Learned I need a finer primer, so i would really love some suggestions. These sculpts were meant for digital release so I think I need to go with bolder, more pronounced shapes to make it work

One question. Can I pause the printing, raise the platform to see how it's going, and then resume the printing?

Any idea what would cause this. Some of the supports are missing even though the raft was printed first. Haven't had any problems like this before. And the fact the raft is there makes me think me think it isn't a leveling problem.

Some of my first prints after getting my printer Friday. I've had a few failed prints, the FEP appeared.... used, there were some abrasions in one area and anything that prints over that area just ... doesn't. However, it's a learning process and I'm learning things... like how important it is to make sure you mix your resin up, IPA washing and rinsing, that I wish they didn't sale a timer based UV chamber on Amazon together as a suggested purchase, that a coat of primer and a wash really makes the details pop, where you REALLY need supports (what islands are), and that the estimated print time is off by about 50%. Haha!

So my printer doesn't do anything. Like at all. The menu works, it beeps nicely when I press the buttons, but none if that actually DOES anything. During the uv exposure test the screen shows a rectangle but inside the printer is total darkness. I press rehome z axis but the buildplate never moves. I'm way past frustrated and I was so looking forward to getting into 3d printing.
