Hey! Posting this here as well. Learning to sculpt with Zbrush. Have to continue with commissions soon, but taking a few days to study new things. Today, ended up making my very first render ? Exciting! If anyone has any tips or spot something that's a big no-no, I'd truly appreciate it ? thank you! Pics of molds and casts coming soon.

Hello to the group! first post with a question :) .. i have buy a Photon and came with the green resin ... I print my first thing right away with the standard setting without any problem .. and followed some more also good prints , and then i try the FTD standard blend clear resin with various off settings with any luck so far..the piece sticks on the bed but come out undercured or with cured debris with it.
anyone can tell me or share the setting for Clear FTD resin ?

TIA

My clear anycubic resin is coming to me ATM, but before it does please confirm my idea:
If I will print my model, clear with IPA, let it cure in the water (sun, or uv lamp will do?) and at the end spray it with clear varnish, it should stay nice and transparent and don't yellow?
Who managed to create ice-like prints?

Hi Folks, new to the Photon machine and not having much luck, first 2 prints failed to stick to the print bed. I have releveled and am about 50% through my third print but the brint bed has slightly turned on the Z axis that is when from the top has turned slightly. I have a couple of questions 1) I've noticed that the print bed remains loose after tightening what stops this bed from turning like it has and not lining up with theprevious exposure. 2) Can I pause the print at anytime lift the print bed and inspect then return to printing?

Is there a trick to ensuring your model is orientated 100% perpendicular and flat on the build plate in the photon slicer when printing without supports?

I have been teaching myself CAD design so not sure if it is my lousy work or whether the model is oriented correctly?

These models are hollow and about the size of a small thumb tack so supports should not be required. When I slice the model and check the preview images instead of the full base showing I am only getting a corner.

No sure if this makes sense. Thanks

Hello everyone. I'm looking to purchase some decent cutters and tools to sand and fix details on my prints. Is there anything you might recommend? Preferably on Amazon.
