Looks like I got a lot of layer lines possibly due to being under cured at each layer and stretching when pulling off the FEP.

Can someone please help me I don't know where I'm going wrong this was with 50% auto support (plus a few the slicer missed). It looks good until you realise the part is warped all over the place (only 1 straight side out of 4) which is no good as that's just one part a kit of parts.

Its not hollow (i need to vacuum cast the parts), I did the exposure test and put my settings to that, i did the ameralabs town test and fine tuned to as close as accuracy as possible, sanded my build plate now every thing stick like crazy.

Close to cutting my losses and going back to my CNC mill but that means rewinding 4months to re jig for cnc'ing :'(

First try printing a model I sculpted in Meshmixer. Still need to clean it up. Will look very nice on my SW Legion board. May need to scale it down a bit. It’s the Alpha Bantha for sure.

Problems after updating firmware

Does anybody has a clue how to fix this issue with my Photon: in the past it happened sometimes that only half of the models i made were printed. I know from other user comments that this is a common issue.

To fix this issue i tried to update the firmware which i downloaded from the Anycubic website to ANYCUBIC Photon Firmware_V1.1_20180720. After i updated the firmware i couldn´t print anymore. See photo: LCD error code T_100 appeared. Always.

I changed back to the older firmware ANYCUBIC Photon Firmware_V1.0_20180705 and then this issue was gone. But now i have a new problem which seems even more weird: After about 15-20% of the print progress the vertical movement of the plate stops. The print continue until the end, but without moving the plate. If i interrupt the print and try manually move the plate up and down by pressing the buttons in the menu, the plate is moving perfectly. But in the print process not. Here i am stuck - now and i cannot print anymore because of this issue. In my opinion it seems like a software problem in the firmware (Firmware_V1.0_20180705). I asked the Anycubic support and maybe they know how to fix this. But maybe out there somebody had the same problems and solved it? Any suggestions welcome!
