Just finished my first print with senertek cast resin and I some parts didn’t print completely. I used their settings and sanded the build plate. What am I doing wrong?

Any suggestions for how to fix these holes in the print? The bottom layer also pokes out a bit any idea why that might be? My bottom exposure is 60s 8 layers. I did check before print that there were no air bubbles visible in the resin.

I actually printed this flat on the bed without supports because having the model at angle with supports gave me undesirable lumps on the bottom of the model. No supports gave me the smoothness I required but I just have these holes and a weird base layer...

Anybody had memory error in the middle of a print ?

Hi guys, I'm fairly new to the resin game and the anycubic green has given me some trouble. After curing under UV light some thin features seem to become white and get very brittle.
Is this UV overexposure damaging the part or something completely different?
The part on the pic has been printed at a 0.02 resolution.

If I were to cut a piece up to fit on the build plate, what is the best method to stick everything back together once printed?
