As promised, if a bit late... this was one of my first prints. Being the masochist that I am, I settled on NetFabb as the modelling software because Meshmixer kept crashing. I had to learn to hollow, texture, cut, create studs, and design support scrips on the fly, then I had to learn to use putty and modelling tools to cut back or fill in bits that were warped or not printed. One of those horns is made purely from putty lol All in all, it was a far larger task than I had not bargained for but damm if she is not epic :D

Warped one on the botton is with supports. The one on the top is not using supports. I thought supports were needed for a better quality print? What am I doing wrong with the supports?
Note, other pieces are worse with warpage and unusable

Hey everyone!! Just printed out the successful test cube, and realized the hard way that the windows comp we have can’t run the slicer. I tried the Mac download off the site but keep getting download fails. Would anyone care to prep my dice STL for me since I’m not getting a new computer tonight? ? please and thank you!

Hey guys, anyone that's used Formware, do you have any idea why my Volume values are all NaN? It wasn't like that earlier today but all of a sudden they all became NaN. Restarting doesn't fix it, reloading/reimport/remesh didn't work... ?

Today I had time to do some testing of the Monocure Resinaway vs IPA. Both rook models were printed today (1st photo), then 1 was placed in Resinaway and the other IPA for 2 minutes in ultrasonic cleaner. Then each lightly brushed with a soft baby's toothbrush for added measure (2nd photo). Finally both were cured in a UV tent on a rotating platform for 5 minutes (3rd photo). Please note: I do NOT use a water rinse after either. Stopped doing that a long time back as it will immediately cloud the print (actually clouded the Resinaway print worse on my 1st round of tests).

First thing I noted about the Resinaway is it has a slight 'oily' feel wearing gloves. Almost like a mineral oil feel. Also, virtually zero smell to it (almost a pleasant smell).

Verdict...Resinaway does exactly what it claims to do. I went into these tests open minded, and was very pleased with the Monocure Resinaway outcome.

In photos 2 and 3, the rook processed in IPA is on the right.

First cleaned up prints in black Anycubic. Nice stuff!
Some warping on the gatling barrels. Must be from lack of supports or uneven printing surface. The table had a bit of a lean.
Anything else that could be causing this?
