What happens if you hollow a model in Meshmixer, but don't add drain holes?

First, quick, test print with Anycubic grey. I think it’s my new favorite.

The GF surprised me with an early birthday gift. I WASNT READY!!!!... On that note, this is my first DIY 3D Printer. At work I have 6 different Stratasys Polyjet 3D printers; the latest is an Objet500, and a dlp printer (forgot the name). So Im not new to 3d printing by any means lol. Been lurking this page for a long time and she beat me to the punch. I look forward to connecting with you all and for your support.

Hey guys, still dealing with frustration with this printer. Please see the photo below...

So I printed both of these legs for a miniature. The legs are the same file printed at the same time with the same settings. The only thing different is the angle of the print. Is supports what keeps screwing up my prints? I am really getting overwhelmed with this :(

The one laying down also has an issue with its ankles, but again, not sure if that is due to supports...

Hi all I just got my printer and printed out their cube no problem.
Just wana ask that if I wanted to print out small objects could I go as low as 0.025 layer height? how low could you go?

Also is there a tutorial about the slicer that comes with the printer?
I m not sure what "normal exposure time" means and how to calculate. I bought a 1 liter clear monocure resin and from what I understand it's different settings from that of what anycubic provides. Unlike my anycubic i3 mega, Resins are kinda pricey for me to experiment on my own contrary to my PLA filaments.

Lastly Do i have to hollow out my models at meshmixer even if I m print a small model like 3 cm in height. or adding holes is a must even if it's a small model?

Sry for asking so many questions, youtube doesnt give me the answers I need.

Okay everyone, I have been having fun getting to know my Photon but would like to know a bit more about the slicing software.

Is it possible to edit an already sliced .photon file?

I would like to be able to add/remove supports to the already sliced file (depending on the
outcome of test print), duplicate same print or move to another area on the build plate.

As always, your advice it very much appreciated :)

When I add supports to a D&D mini I tend to save it as a new STL with supports. I have found that if I add multiple STLs with supports to the slicer and slice them as a single photon file they are not all at the same Z level. At 0.025 one of the three figures is a full 15 layers higher in Z than one and 4 or 5 layers higher than the other. I have added the models multiple times, set Z to 0 etc. Very odd.
